Since my hubby is very intersted vit briyani's, i was in a mood of learning it proper...and i got it very perfect almost [90%]

its simple but need to cook very conciously...somehow we[both me and my hubby] managed to cook with the limited vessels,what we have now...:D :D :D
i felt very happy after a gud try of doing it....
plus after my briyani are:
good taste
good looking
pakka hyderabad style briyani
minus sides are:
high oil content
need to cook much lighter and perfect more than this...
